Read the clue numbers written along the edges of each row and column

Controls

Tap or click a cell to select it, then type a digit from 1 to 9 to place your answer. Move between cells with the arrow keys or by tapping directly on the grid.

When does a round end?

A round ends when every cell in the grid holds the correct digit and all clue sums are satisfied.

Tips & Tricks

Start with the shortest sum groups — a two-cell group that adds to 3 can only be 1 and 2, which locks in both digits immediately
Cross-reference rows and columns at every intersection; a digit ruled out by one sum is often ruled out in the crossing sum too
High clue numbers in short groups are just as restrictive as low ones — a two-cell group summing to 17 can only be 8 and 9
When you are stuck, pencil in all possible candidates for a cell and eliminate them one by one as neighbouring groups get solved
